GROUP EXERCISE/FITNESS
Our group classes consist of 2 to 5 clients who offer each other, support and motivation in a fun environment. Our trainers provide the group as well as each individual weight and cardio training as well as nutritional consultations.
MMA
MMA Conditoning uses specialised routines to help you lose weight by burning fat while increasing strength, muscle tone, flexibility, endurance, and co-ordination. Each class will be different and use different techniques. It combines the best techniques from sport specific strength training, cardio, and bodyweight exercises to get you in to shape fast! You don't have to be a fighter to train like one!
